Recently, an undercover video has come to light that allegedly shows Dr. Deborah Nucatola, the senior director of medical services for Planned Parenthood, discussing practices that allegedly include partial-birth abortions and the selling of fetal body parts to biologic companies and other firms.
If the allegations supported by this video are true, this would indicate that Planned Parenthood facilities are regularly violating the Partial-Birth Abortion Act of 2003, as well as 42 U.S. Code 289g which prohibits any person to knowingly acquire, receive, or otherwise transfer any human fetal tissue.
We, your constituents, hereby petition our government to immediately suspend all funding granted through tax revenues to Planned Parenthood pending a federal investigation into this matter.
