suspend all pay and allowances of the Congress if they fail to avoid sequestration and fail to develop a balanced budget

As elected officials, Congress has a responsibility to the American people of ensuring our fiscal health and our prosperity. They have failed to produce a balanced budget since the Clinton Administration. Enough is enough, if Congress fails to avoid sequestration and create a balanced budget then the Congress shall forfeit all pay and allowances until a budget is approved! If sequestration is not avoided the economy will once again suffer a major blow. Hundreds of thousands of DoD employees will take a pay cut of 20 percent, this is unacceptable and numerous other Americans will lose their jobs. My fellow AMERICANS it is time for us to hold OUR elected Officials liable for their actions, mainly their inactions. JOIN ME in this attempt to hold Congress accountable.
