Suspend ALL pay and benefits of elected officials in the Executive and Legislative branches until a debt bill is passed

Due to the looming "fiscal cliff" America is facing, we demand that pay and benefits of ALL elected officials in the Executive and Legislative branches , including the President, be suspended until a working deficit plan is in place that includes:
1. A 20% across the board budget cut to all Federal Agencies including the consolidation and restructuring of Federal agencies and a cutback of non essential personnel to meet budget requirements
2. No tax increases for any American taxpayer or business
3. Foreign aid will not be given to any country without equal compensation by way of raw materials. No foreign aid given to countries who regard the United States as an enemy
With these inclusions, the responsibility falls on the Government to correct it's mistake instead of the American people.
