For the past three weeks, New York City has been host to a few thousand citizens under the name Occupy Wall Street(hereafter reffered to as #OST). #OST is a peaceful act of civil disobediance, as protected by the constitution, however violence perpetrated by the police has become frequent and indescriminate.
The NYPD officers (mostly "white collar" officers) responsible for said violence have been video recorded bludgeoning, macing, and otherwise attacking members of #OST without warning or caution, and have even blatantly attacked journalists on the scene.
We demand that any officers depicted on video participating in violence related to #OST be immediately suspended from duty and tried in court of law for their brutality.
