As part of the Affordable Care Act, insurance companies have issued letters discontinuing the plans of people who had plans that did not comply with ACA regulations in some way. These letters cancel policies and direct consumers to utilize The Marketplace to choose a new compliant plan. As Healthcare.gov is currently not functioning and it is unclear when if ever it will function correctly we call on the President to suspend all aspects of the ACA and issue an Executive Order forbidding insurers from discontinuing ACA noncompliant plans until a viable Marketplace is created where consumers can successfully acquire a new insurance plan.
