The people have the right to withold their consent with regard to government that does not have the consent of the people. When a governing body violates the constitutional rights of even one citizen that governing body must be suspended of its right to exist until it has the consent of every citizen and is prepared to protect and defend the constitution even from those who govern.
Those who violate the constitution must be charged with treason.
