While U.S. economy struggles, middle class is virtually eradicated, municipalities file for bankruptcy and national debt climbs faster than ever, we continue sending money overseas in form of economic and military aid.

We should STOP financing others' needs when we can't afford to take care of our own!
If absolutely critical strategically, we MUST conduct frequent analysis of efficiency of such spending: some of receiving countries hold trillions of dollars in U.S. Treasury bonds. So, basically, we the people borrow from other countries so we can give it back to them as a gift/help?
Please, stop this madness.
