Congress' sole purpose, along with all government, is to serve the people. They are not above us; we are their employers. As of late, they've been completely incapable of doing anything but hurting the people, and yet they get to keep their jobs, as if normal rules do not apply to them because they are congressmen and women. Not only do they not get fired for being incompetent, they get to set their own pay. I'm starting this petition because I think it's time We the People put our congressional employees back in line.
