Suspend congressional pay until the sequestration issue has been resolved.

Suspend the pay of all members of congress until they have come to and passed legislation that deals with the sequestration/budget/debt ceiling issue. Currently, the federal government is considering furloughs for hard working federal employees until the issue is resolved, it is only fair that Congress face the same financial burdens that they are imposing upon the middle and working class across America. Ordinary workers do not get paid when they are unable to do the job for which they are hired. Congress should be held to a similar standard. Until they can resolve the budget issues that they have been dodging their pay should be suspended and not retroactively paid as a consequence of their failure to do the job for which they were hired.
