I am sick and tired of members of our legislative branch making immensely high salaries and making such little progress. If members of Congress were paid commission, or a salary based on the amount of work they do I doubt they would be taking 5 weeks vacation before the fiscal year ends. As a taxpaying, voting American citizen I would like to know that there is a budget in place for the next fiscal year.
