Suspend daily pay to Congress every day the Budget is overdue.

To put responsibility back in the forefront of our leaders I am creating this petition to get us, the United States, partially back on its feet. By signing this petition, We the People, are requesting that for every day the Budget is not signed Congress does not get paid, because they are not doing their jobs! This needs to be enacted to be sure that future Budgets will be passed on time and not used as a playing card for some ones personal agenda.Congress has a full year to put the Budget together and get it passed and every year they fail; lets put the pressure on them so they can understand how it feels to not be able to pay their bills on time and have creditors calling them. Help restore some dignity back into our government by holding them accountable.
