The US government should suspend financial and military aid to Israel until a Palestinian State has been established and Israel end its occupation of its territories. The State of Israel has shown no motivation or willingness to allow for the establishment of a Palestinian State. The US government's support for Israel, its position and actions, have resulted in foreign countries and their people to take a very negative position towards US citizen, to the point where we can no longer safely travel abroad without threats to ourselves, and our national security. This petition does not call for the US Government to discontinue its support for Israel and its people. It does however ask that the US stop providing financial and military aid to Israel as a motivator for action.
