As the time for full implementation of the Affordable Care Act approaches many deficiencies in the application of the Act have been identified. A number of large unions and other groups have requested to opt out because of these shortcomings, but the Act can only succeed with full participation by all citizens. Therefore, before permanent damage is done to our national heath care system, we request that all further implementation of the Affordable Care Act be suspended until such time as the deficiencies have been addressed and corrected by Congress.
