Suspend the Levy and Collection of All Federal Taxes, as Taxation Abridges the Freedom of Political Speech

Created by K.H. on April 17, 2014

The United States Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled (Buckley v Valeo, Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, McCutcheon v. FEC, etc) that, in effect, "money is speech."

-Whereas money has been declared by the Court to be speech, and
-Whereas the First Amendment of the United States Constitution states that "the Congress shall make no law .....abridging the freedom of speech," and
-Whereas the imposition of taxes, by the Court's definition of money as speech, abridges the freedom of speech,

Therefore, The President should immediately issue an Executive Order to cease the levy and collection of federal taxes.
