By delaying one addintional day each month to Government generated payment checks for 30 months, the Government will skip one full month of payments at the end of the 30 month period without hardship. Example, check normally mails out 1-Dec will mail 2-Jan, 3-Feb, 4-Mar, 5-Apr, 6-May.....for the 30 month period. Minimum $2t savings on Social Services alone.
