Until such a time as every federal law has been reevaluated for relevance and desirability by the people of the United States once again, no new legislation will be passed. Each law should be considered in the light of our current times and the opinions of the citizens of our nation, and those found to be lacking support or need are to be repealed, and any funding reallocated to reduction of federal debt. reallocated funds are not to be used for any other funding, until the national debt is reduced to less than the yearly budget. Once all federal laws have been reexamined in this fashion legislative proceedings may continue as normal.
