Suspend the pay of Congress and Administration until an agreement can be made on the budget and Federal deficit.

The administration and Congress' inability to come to an agreement on the budget, fiscal cliff, and deficit only hinders the people. Since government officials are paid by the citizens they should be held accountable for doing their job since the citizens elected these officials to handle such matters timely and with the citizens' best interest in mind not their party's interest. If the government officials are unable to do thir job and come to an agreement they should not be paid since no agreement is not in the best interest of the citizens or the United States of America.
