Suspend payment to the congress, Senate, and POTUS until they can end the sequestration.

Created by J.O. on March 21, 2013

The GI bill is no longer eligible to soldiers seeking new enrollment. I propose that any funds saved by suspension of payment to congressmen, senators, and the president be used to continue allowing soldiers to fund their education. If these cuts were supposed to be so hard that they never should have occurred, why are the legislative and executive branches that imposed them exempt? If the savings from suspension of pay to legislative and executive branch officers yields a surplus, additional funds shall be used to fund educational grants for prospective students below the poverty line.
