Suspend the salary of all of Congress and all Presidential Executive non-military positions to prevent the fiscal cliff

As Congress and the White House can not come to a sensible decision about the coming 'Fiscal-Cliff,' all Congressional and White House Executive Positions, including the President, Vice-President, and Secretary of State, should see their salaries cut-off and used instead to pay down National Debt until an agreement can be reached that preserves the middle class, reforms, but does not eliminate, Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.
