Suspend the salary to members of the House of Representative and Senate in the occurrence of a government shutdown.

I petition to allow the immediate suspension of members of the House of Representative and Senate salary, in the presence of a shutdown, until it is rectified. Fortunately this doesn't occur often, however, a government shutdown is not beneficial to anyone. If the government was to shutdown, it doesn't seem justifiable that many people who work for the United States are on furlough while members of the House of Representative and Senate are allowed to continue receiving pay while attempting to amend problems. If their budget was also in jeopardy, perhaps a conclusion could be achieved faster considering their own salary is at stake.
