suspend the voting rights of any individual who signed a secession petition.

Created by N.C. on November 29, 2012

Secession petitioners are guilty of sedition against the United States, and display a lack of faith in the United States government, and the electoral process set forth within the Constitution.

They should be stripped of their voting rights as if convicted of these felonious crimes in a court of law, and only have those rights reinstated according to current due process in, and according to the laws of, the state in which they reside.
