Based on current reports surrounding the issues of classified materials on non-government assets the security clearances of all alleged persons should be formally suspended until appropriate investigations are complete and appropriate criminal charges are filed.
Thousands of citizens currently hold government security clearances, all of us know that if any of the alleged issues were to involve us our clearances would be put on hold and our jobs possibly be in jeopardy. Yet we here daily how the investigation into classified emails grows, the numbers continue to increase but there have been no charges filed. The security clearances should be suspended at a minimum.
