Suspension of all salaries of the Executive and Legislative branches until a budget is agreed upon and signed into law.

We the people petition that the salaries of the President of these United States and the salaries of both the entire Executive and Legislative branches of the Federal government be suspended until such time that a Federal budget is agreed upon and signed into law.
