Suspension of pay for all members of Congress in the event they cannot pass a budget resulting in Government Shutdown

In the event that The Senate and The House of Representatives do not pass a bill or budget that causes the government to shut down or default on its payments, all Congressional pay shall be suspended. As representatives of the people they will share in the results of their actions.
