Suspend the right to vote for those on government assistance as being on government assistance creates a condition of influence over voters and may make them inclined to vote for whichever party promises to increase or sustain their assistance. Disqualifying assistance programs; food stamps and unemployment. Must be off assistance programs for one year before right to vote is returned.
