Swap the positions of the First and Second Amendments in the Constitution to reflect what is truly the most important

Created by M.H. on March 20, 2013

As we all know, speaking out in objection to rights even vaguely derived from the Second Amendment is exactly the same as violating them and should be treated as nothing less than treason. Unfortunately, as it stands now, the implications of the First Amendment provide an unjust loophole protecting this speech from our justice system. The solution is simple: swap the positions of the first two amendments so that the implications of the Constitution are clear. Free speech will still be guaranteed as it always has, but speech against the firearms industry or in favor of gun control will be dealt with swiftly and mercilessly. Please make the right decision because firearms are the only force guaranteeing our many freedoms like the freedom to speak out against anything we object to.
