We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Swift Justice in the hands of our people, and protection of our nation's children

Created by C.J. on November 27, 2016

In the case of West Virginia's Benjamin Taylor, found guilty of raping and murdering young Emmaleigh Elizabeth Barringer, We The People would like to see swift justice delivered to such heinous acts committed against our children. An act so vile cannot be balanced by mere time spent in prison, for that is a "punishment" too forgiving. This man should be hung without mercy just as he mercilessly terminated the life of one so young. Only this way will justice find its balance to our people's satisfaction. It is the words, "We The People," that give us power. The petition will speak for itself, and shouldn't be prematurely terminated because our government believes it isn't within reason. To our government, let this petition run its course. Let our people speak.
