Switch the distributions of tax spending from military and education

With the hope of preventing distrust, resource seizure, and war among the world's future generations, 20% of tax dollars, currently being allocated for the nation's defense budget, should be transferred to educating our children on many things, including: foreign relations, tolerance, cooperation, self reliance, ingenuity, peaceful resolution, and the current curriculum. 2% of tax dollars, currently going towards education, should be sufficient supplementation for military to protect our mainland in the event of an invasion. Retaliation towards and occupation of other countries is too costly both in tax money and military lives, so only protect our land from within our land starting with building stronger minds.
