I would like this country to switch the budget allocation from 3% cure and 97% treatment to 3% treatment and 97% cure. I know that not many have the testicular fortitude to say this.. However it needs to be done there is no reason to grovel at the feet of big businesses and the notion that having a cure cant be profitable is ridiculous. Having a cure is something that can be sold and not to mention that fact that those funds be spent on treatment can and will absolutely spent on other things that are good and profitable.
Side note: Obamacare is covering pre existing conditions so having additional allocation for treatment is redundant.
