SYRIAN HUMANITARIAN CRISIS ACT

It has now been noted that roughly 450,000 plus killed and pushing 11 million displaced in the civil war taking place in Syria. As stated by CNN "Kuwait, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and other Gulf States have resettled no Syrian refugees". http://www.cnn.com/2015/09/08/world/gulf-states-syrian-refugee-crisis/ These Gulf State nations are some of the wealthiest nations in the world and there needs to be significant economic consequences for their indifference. This petition is asking the US Government to pass this act and work with our EU partners to employ an international economic boycott on these gulf state nations who have not taken in refugees until they recognize and act on their obligation to this Humanitarian crisis to absorb and resettle these refugees.
