It is now winter and the rainy season in Syria, and refugees and their children do not have warm, dry lodging. It seems to me that the United States, in conjunction with Syria's Arab neighbors could conceivably hire a cruise ship or other ship with many rooms to anchor offshore for sheltering and feeding them.
