Based on the past years and the recent tragedies going on in our country, I can only imagine how every police officer out there feels when they put their life in danger. Every time they do a routine stop or when they are called into duty, they may put themselves in a life threatening situation, in some cases police brutality is unacceptable but in other cases its justified as self defense. I feel that if we equip our officers with the right tactical gear such as a tactical bulletproof helmet and vest with anti-stabbing proof that can make a huge difference on a confrontation, by de-escalating the amount of danger the officer feels he/she is in.
