The legislator from Taiwan’s governing party KMT Ching-Chung Chang (張慶忠) as the Internal Affairs committee, self-declared and announced today (the 17th) to Taiwan Parliament (Legislative Yuan), "Cross-Strait Agreement on Trade in Services" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") reviewed for more than three-month period, has been deemed by law to review and has submitted to the Legislature vote. The governing party KMT had previously claimed that the decision would be correspondent to consultative discussions, respect the consultation conclusions by reviewing one by one, list by list. However, Chang skipped the reading process entirely today, and the international “Agreement” has been degraded straight as an executive order, and the deliberation has been deemed as already finished and
