According the United Nations all it takes to feed every hungry human being in the world is $30 Billion.

We spent almost $700 Billion dollars on our military last year. If we spent $30 Billion less we would still have the largest military in the world.
Let's take $30 Billion from the Department of Defense and spend it on food. The United States of America alone could literally end hunger in the entire human race. We could partner with other wealthy nations and split the bill.
This is good foreign policy and it is deficit neutral. Let's do it.
