A call on all Americans to impose a Federal Government pay cut. The three branches, executive, legislative, and judicial need a 65% pay cut. This pay cut will be reversed, if the american people in an over overwhelming majority (The overwelming majority being at least 85%) of the popular vote. The government can replace 5% of its pay every four years, or once every presidential term. The 65% pay cut itself should be used to pay the national debt down. This is only to be imposed on the fedral Government.
The Federal Government has not earned any of the pay raises its giving to itself. It's a negative action for their negative and neglectfull choices.
