take action on the abuse of power by the Malaysian government on the citizens of Malaysia

I a citizen of the country Malaysia has had it with the abuse of power on the citizens , approving bill that will be used against it's own people that will violate human rights laws. Blocking the freedom of speech with the policing of twitter which is childish which is done by the country own head of police and implementing tax like GST without the consent of the people and most important without doing proper planning and before the tax has implemented , promising this and doing the opposite , i see the second Gaddafi here in Malaysia. and this is all coming from a 18 year old
