Take action against the assessment of taxes or fees focused on a religious groups and and forbid tax on Christmas Trees.

Move against Acting Administrator of Agricultural Marketing David R. Shipman and do not allow the Secretary of Agriculture to appoint a Christmas Tree Promotion Board, and to further no allow a new 15-cent charge that will passed onto consumers by the Department of Agriculture.
This is a focused minority group tax, and should not be allowed.
