Bank of America has found a way to deny home owners President modification programs. I have been denied a modification 8 times in the past 4 years. Last denial from BofA; I can afford my mortgage. I am in foreclosure at this time due to BofA returning the payment made on May 5,2008. BofA's last document sent to the courts stated I just stopped paying, there payment history shows the May 2008 payment, I am lying due to I have no documented proof. The May payment was returned via Western Union, my attorney gave BofA the Western Union document at. Recently BofA offered me money to find a new home if I foreclose willingly. This is BofA second attempt for me to willing foreclose. Sign my petition to make Bank of America accountable for there deception!
