Please do not approve the discriminatory repercussions of the visa waiver program improvement act of 2015 (H.R. 158). This approval would consider peaceful Iranians as second or "lower" citizens in the state and would not take any step against terrorism. This would create an inconvenience feeling of Iranians in the society among others.
