Take action against DOMA and/or any sections of DOMA deemed unconstitutional by objective observation.

Created by B.B. on March 27, 2012

The Obama Administration has come to the conclusion that (at least) Section 3 of DOMA is unconstitutional; they have failed, however, to do anything about it, including but not limited to amending or repealing the bill. We want equal rights for EVERYONE, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered people. These people don't want special treatment, just the abilities to do the same things as heterosexual people. Most of DOMA, especially Section 3, smacks these perfectly normal desires right into the dirt.

This is America. Why should anyone have the right to discriminate against somebody based on the way they're born ANYWHERE, especially the United States.
