Fraudulent charities made almost one billion dollars and gave less than 5% to the charities of interest. The operators of these businesses are never held accountable and defraud not only the people who donate to them, but divert money from true charities who do good work for those in need. They cast a pall over the entire group and it is unconscionable that these horrible people are not held accountable for their deceptive, and predatory actions. See this link for further information:
