We all know that rape is a horrible thing, so I think that as a nation, we should take a page from ancient Rome's book. In Ancient Rome, men who were found guilty of rape had their testicles smashed between two stones. I propose that men found guilty of rape have their testicles removed in a more humane way. (I.e. Have them removed under anesthesia.) I know at first this may seem inhumane, but it may just help many women who fell victim to rape.
