We have a broken justice system that is ruining our country like a plague on poor people. Prosecutors are breaking families,mentally and physically. As citizens, laws are made for all to abide by. Prosecutors that are sworn to uphold the truth face little if any reprimand. Baca v. Adams suggests that a perjury prosecution would fix this system. In state after state these prosecutors, show not only one example of misconduct but several, taking the lives of our loved ones for years. This is a realty all Americans should fear. We need to fix this ever growing problem. This affects our beliefs in our justice system, our children's way of life and their future. We need clear laws for these prosecutors who are breaking the law by fabricating the truth and withholding evidence in our courtrooms.
