Take Action to Cancel Notice of Proposed Furlough

I believe that the proposed adverse action against me does not promote the efficiency of the service, is unwarranted, and is unprecedented. Also, I believe this impact will be severe and long lasting in its effects. and the Department of Defense have exceeded their authority in ordering this adverse action against me and have unfairly exempted other civil service employees and allowed them to remain working for the balance of FY13 without the loss of pay.
