For many years The New River has been contaminated. The Flow comes in from Mexico in to the United States with heavy industrial waste factories in Mexico dump. It has been proven that this river release toxins in to the air that have caused many residents of the area numerous health problems.The toxins are so dangerous that some residents have gotten cancer. Not to mention that a recreation park runs about 300 feet away from it.
Mexico has tubed and underground this river many years ago. What holds the United States from doing it?
We the people believe that officials from different agency's involved in the treatment and management have prolonged the process of restoring, or covering this river too long. For that reason we ask for the highe authorities to get involve.
