Many cities especially large urban areas i.e. Chicago are in a State of Emergency needing Intervention to PROTECT their citizens. Many children are being shot, sexually assaulted or victimized while on their way to/from school or just living life as they should be safe to do. Many elderly are afraid to come outside due to violence. Areas experiencing high crime volume need reinforcement such as the National Guard to help protect its citizens while attackers are sought and remedies are employed. We protect our Interest Abroad, but we MUST show more INTEREST in Protecting our Children! Where is the OUTRAGE for them?
