take action to end LGBT discrimination in Russia.

Created by S.A. on February 07, 2014

The government-condoned violence against and discrimination of the LGBT community in Russia has been steeply escalating in the past months, and the Olympics in Sochi have brought the issue into the forefront of our national consciousness. Reports are alarming and call for immediate action to take a stand against this gross injustice. We appreciate the President's vocal condemnation of the anti-gay laws, and his appointment of LGBT athletes as delegates in this Olympics, but it's time to do more. We ask the United States to take swift and aggressive action to right this wrong.
