Change policy to confront the government of the Republic Democratic of Congo and its allies for the war crimes, crimes against humanity and human rights abuses committed by their forces during the 1996 genocide in the eastern part of the country and in subsequent years during which, 5 millions people have lost their lives (second most war casualties in the world after WWII.)
Publicly support the need to reopen an international investigation to these crimes and abuses as a step toward achieving accountability to their perpetrators (Y. Museveni & P. Kagame) if the victims and the people of RDC are to receive justice.
Confront the government of RDC for its brutality and obstruction of true and transparent Democracy by beating and killing demonstrators of opposition parties.
