take action to make Japan apologize to "Comfort Women"

"Comfort women" were girls who served in Japanese military brothels. Most of them were kidnapped, deceived, coerced ... and under 18. The few surviving comfort women strive for an apology from the Japanese government, but the Japanese court system hasn't taken action, saying that "there is no evidence".
In 2007, Hakubun Shimomura, then Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary of Japanese government, stated that "The comfort women system existed, but I believe it was because Korean parents sold their daughters at that time."
In 1997, Shinzō Abe, the current Prime Minister of Japan, stated that "Many so-called victims of comfort women system are liars...prostitution was ordinary behavior in Korea because the country had many brothels."
I ask the USA to take action for a long due apology.
