Social Security should be looked at and discussed on its own. It should not be discussed with another subject. Changes should be made to update it for the intended reason. It should be apparent to the people, who is indeed working for the people. All funds that were directed away from SS should be returned, with interest. No changes to or about SS should be hid from view by being a part of another bill. Social Security should not be used as a bargaining chip for another bill. No one party shall take the fall this time so the other will take it the next time. All changes will be made transparent, on the floor and not discussed behind closed doors. Privatizing SS will only give big corporations the ability to drop their responsibility to pay SS. Some changes should be voted on by the people.
